How we do business
Our aims are:
> To provide outstanding customer service
> To develop new technology
> To invest in partnerships with our customers, suppliers, agents and distributors
> To conduct our business activities with integrity
We work closely with our global network of agents and distributors to provide excellent technical and commercial support locally to the end users of our products.
We ensure that we are well placed to help and advise all our customers by developing good relationships with influential organisations within our field including:
> Customs authorities and government ministries involved with legislation of fuel marking
> Instrument manufacturers, to develop better solutions for analysing and measuring marked fuels
> Universities and Petroleum Associations and Institutes to encourage innovation of new products
Our Quality Promise:
Quality is a prime issue for us across the company. For years we have operated to the highest standards and were formally accredited in 1987 with BS EN 5750 Part 2. Then, in 1991 we achieved BS EN ISO9001 accreditation which recognises our commitment to working to strict quality procedures.
It is our goal to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services. Quality and continuous improvement are important to ensure consistency throughout our purchasing, production, research and development, technical, administration and customer service functions.
This confidence helps us with our aim to become recognised as a world leader in our field, by building long term, mutually beneficial relationships with both our customers and suppliers.
