Announcing Exciting New Leadership: Meet Our Updated Board of Directors

We are excited to announce that, effective May 1st, 2024, Philip Double has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer at John Hogg. Since joining John Hogg in 2016 as Technical Director, Philip has demonstrated remarkable leadership, progressively assuming responsibilities across commercial, operations, and supply chain functions. His instrumental role in key acquisitions and successful project implementations underscores his strategic skill and commitment to our company’s success. As CEO, Philip will continue work in refining and executing our company strategy, ensuring the delivery of our ambitious growth objectives while empowering our exceptional team to thrive.

With over eight years of successful leadership as CEO, William Webb will now step back from his role, and will continue to represent John Hogg as Chair of the Board, steering our board’s structure and development in alignment with our strategic vision, whilst furthering his involvement in the broader John Hogg Group. During his time as CEO, William oversaw unprecedented growth and big changes in company structure, including the implementation of two new fiscal markers in the UK and EU, the launch of our flagship fuel marking technology platform PURECHAIN, and a number of marker program successes around the globe.

We are equally as excited to share that Victoria Sayer, previously Stewardship Manager, will assume the role of Chief Supply Chain Officer. In addition to her remarkable contributions in compliance and logistics optimization since joining us in 2017, Victoria’s appointment to the Board highlights her invaluable expertise in stewardship, supply chain, portfolio management and strategic vision.
